People have wanted inclusion for years yet, when given the opportunity, dont want to do anything.

Well I dont know if they are happy being it. I think it is more they are unwilling to do anything to change it. They find it easier just to blame others and criticize.
Leo is an opportunity. Most are going to miss it and deserve nothing because that is the level they contribute.
