It cuts in and out here as well, but been stable on desktop for the past 20 minutes. I switch between desktop and mobile whenever one of them clips out. It's definitely worse than usual

It isnt a time thing, it is a vote thing.
If enough voting stake is cast, it can pay in the first month. It all comes down to the number of blocks produced which is related to the position of the witness node.

I feel that there is often a lack of more recognition (financial especially = better upvotes) for what is being done so far.
