That is true. Sadly a lot was tried to get that going. There was the 10K minnow initiative which sought to create 10K minnows. Since it launched, I think the number went backwards as many of those people powered down. Now some might have done so to get resources to pile into HE options. However, I believe most simply left.
It is not an easy process.

Yeah there are challenges with being here at this time. Many expect it to be easy and smooth sailing. It is not.
But then the early days of the Internet were difficult too. Imagine life without the web browser.
