RE: How Committed Are You To Making Hive The Best That It Can Be?

The right process might be the wrong one.

That is the challenge. We rarely get it all right in planning or from the start.

But if we know our outcome that is desired, the paths might vary as we learn more information and adapt based upon the feedback we are getting.

There are two types of endeavor we generally engaged in:-
(1) Repetitive
(2) R &D

Only R&D does not have the right process, in fact, they invent right process and standard operating procedure for the rest of the world.

In contrast, all the repetitive projects have numerous standard operating procedures, so assuming we gonna interested in something of a kind of repetitive one, we have the SOP in place, and we might have a variety of SOP. Because we are always guided and motivated by such SOPs if u r engaged in a project which is repetitive in nature. But yes I agree, the SOP may offer 80-90% of the path, the rest 10-20% will be unique to the specific project.

As a social media Hive may not be new to this world. As a Blockchain Hive may not be new to this world, but a Blockchain-based Social Media Hive is a new to this world and already set the tone to offer something better than what the established ones have. So we have the experience of Facebook as a social media, we have the experience of BTC, ETH as Blockchain, but our operating module is different. So at the macro level, we have certain experiences, but at the micro level, we need to establish our own SOP to deal with those nuances.
