That was left out of the fork because it was not required. That is something that can be handled separately.
I think it will happen shortly those. Maybe we see that in the next month or two.

I don't think there would be another hard fork in another month or two, especially since some Hive users were disappointed over losing their curation rewards because of the most recent hard fork 25. 🤔
That is what I was saying. That does not require a hard fork. That can be added to the codebase without forking it.

Perhaps there are articles on Hive which explains either the functional or technical specifications of Resource Credit delegations, though it is hard to search for them. 🤔
