If you notice the UK and other countries have increased US Treasury holding at a greater percentage then China has decreased holding; this is good for the US economy to diversify from China having such leverage over our market. It is best if the gradual decline which has been occurring continues over the next decade or so until they have divested completely, from a global security standpoint. And I think it will because they could use the liquidity to support their debt burden and as trade volume decrees between the US and China as projected reserve percentages would need to be reduced for both sides as well.
