The MC Cube-T BESS employs an intelligent liquid cooling technology to improve system efficiency comprehensively.
BYD also states that it offers other benefits such as easy transportation, easy layout, easy installation, easy maintenance, and easy augmentation.
The various models have an IP55 rating, and an average module measures 1.13m × 1.20m × 2.5m (3.7 feet x 3.93 feet x 8.2 feet) in size.
It can function smoothly between temperatures of 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius) and 113 degrees Fahrenheit (45 degrees Celsius). The maximum working altitude for it is 9.842 feet (3,000 meters).
Earlier last year, 192 sets of MC Cube-T BESS had been used for a wind-solar-thermal storage system project in China’s Northwest region. The project scale was 300 MW/ 1200 MWh, as per the company.
The company says that to date, it has delivered over 75 GWh of BESS equipment to 350 projects spanning more than 110 countries and regions worldwide.
