Exactly right — every upvote on @askrafiki posts directly reduces the LEO supply. All rewards go straight to @null, permanently burning both HIVE and LEO. Since LEO has zero inflation, there's no new issuance to offset it — only net deflation with every interaction. The more Rafiki gets used and upvoted, the scarcer LEO becomes.
