Coca (not sure on the spelling) was 100% absolutely right. The team was built for just hitting homeruns. Which is cool when it works.. but isn't sustainable. Especially not in the playoffs against top tier pitching. I watched Jazz, Volpe, Wells, none of which are "homerun" hitters.. swinging for the fences hitting pop ups. It's not to say that they can't hit HR's.. but Jazz would've been 1000x more valuable if he learned how to hit singles and doubles... go the other way on an outside pitch to slap a single and then use his speed to steal second. Then Judge's HR's could've been more impactful with runners on.
