I always used Blocktrades and never had a problem So what you are describing is news to me.
I dont use Binance but I know there are a lot on here who do. Hopefully they can help you out.

Doesn't blocktrades charge too much fee for Hive conversion? That's one of the reason I shifted to Binance.

Memo is only for depositing into Binance, no need of memo for withdrawing ..

Yes I did that immediately since I was stopped from posting on there. So I figured Sun was going after my account.

Lol sometimes when I post actifit reports it goes over there too , I just transfer the STEEM directly to @discohedge and it appears on my HE wallet lol.
