Yep, at that level cash is just a scoreboard, the real perk is control over the roadmap and the cap table.
This grant isnt about a paycheck, it locks in enough voting power so he can push the AI plan without some short term fund forcing a pivot.
If the targets miss, the options are worth near zero, so existing holders are not getting milked and and the drama stays on TV :)
