I was looking at the curator's picks and wondered how they got picked, I know its time consuming but as a curator my self I thought the picks looked kinda weak, just the same authors and lots of 1 minute reads.
I'm not looking to start any shit, just an observation.

Can you recommend a post to be on the curator picks page? Does it go by amount of rewards?
Do certain people pick the curator picks?

No you cannot recommend the post to be on curators pick but you can promote a post that you like by sending some LEO to @null and URL of that post.

I never pay any attention to that page anyway. Actually I only deal with the recent page, I dont even look at the trending.

Same here . I think it is because of curating on hive or something - I always go to recent posts first .
And then my feed to check if I have missed any.

It depends on the upvote by Khal if I am not wrong , maybe some other factors too but mainly the percentage of upvote by Khal .
Go over there and check 1st curator pick and Khal upvote- it is 100%.
go to 2nd post and check - it is 70% or so I guess etc .
