Japan increased the interest rate and this happened after 19 years in Japan’s history. The good thing is that this news had no effect on the market instead the market is now in recovery mode.
Everyone was saying that if the rate hike happens the market will dump badly, altcoins will drop 30%. But this did not happen and the market stayed stable and instead started recovering.
What is the reason for this? On good news the market dips and on bad news the market pumps. The big reason is that the effect of the news already happens on the market. We saw that Bitcoin went from $100K to $85K and alts dumped more than 20%.
This was the result of this news which many people did not know. But because of insider news whales do selling and the market dumps.
Meaning to say is that the reason for the dump was this news which happened before the news came. When the news came “buy the news” happened and the market recovered.
I think now Bitcoin will again touch $100K and from there we can see better recovery in altcoins.
