Honestly, I once had the side of remote work absolutely but after considering the two sides like you graciously put out here, I'd love a combo of the two - hybrid. But maybe much less full-time.
One thing to note is both full-time and remote has its good and otherwise - not necessarily bad though. And also not all jobs can be made remote, for example, a waitress. Except the whole food outlet is completely autonomous! 😄
For me too, even though I only get to witness the kind of traffic that exists in your state once in a while, I would not want to witness that at all. I always get to my destination with a banging headache anytime I travel down there. I can't afford to add that to work stress at all.
Bro, having both is actually nice. But at my present location and state, a fully remote work would be great. unless the company would love me to come over to their country (definitely not in Nigeria) and work there then, I don't mind having it mixed with remote and full time.
