Winter feels like it takes forever to pass before we get into Spring which is sometimes March or more often than not is April.
So I tend to do more things inside in Winter and more things outside in Summer.
I like going places that have coffee if I need it! One favourite place is our local library / art gallery / cafe and a war memorial all rolled into one!
They change the exhibitions and make good post material and a great place to stop off on the walk to and from town.
They even have comfy sofas where I was seating while using the laptop!

And the most comfortable thing for me in winter is my bed😅. And in summer I like to go to any park or any resort
haha when I wrote that thread I was in the back of my mind thinking yes bed is my favourite place when it is cold!
Sir you are good having more winter than us. We have four seasons but I don't like summer a lot. Spring is good for nature's lover like me, I found many flowers blooming in this season. In winter, you have good place for laptop useage and good sofa for sitting, have a good day sir.

I think it's just the nature of life in northern climates that we end up longing for the light, and stick to indoor activities in the winter.
Yeah not to mention the weather, cold dreich miserable, thankfully the days starting to get longer, when it is dark at 9am and 3pm it is soul destroying...
Yeah it is a great space and is always busy which is good for the community I think!
I would love to sit on that sofa and enjoy a cup of coffee or two while reading a book.

It is a really comfy sofa. Mrs T now has a crochet club every other Saturday afternoon for a couple of hours. So if the weather is meh I will sit on that sofa with a coffee and book or phone!

I’ve heard people talk about how cold it can be over there and I can’t imagine what you guys are going through.
hehe yes having to wear warm clothes etc and keep the house hot, the heating bills tho are going through the roof!
