RE: Is Cryptocurrency a Zero-Sum Game?

in LeoFinanceyesterday

Enjoyed the article. I wrote something that puts it a little differently and is part of a much larger series on how to make loans happen on Hive. I haven't posted yet as I only have 2 of 5 pieces written so far. But here is a little snippet from :

"The power of a million voices".

However, many people join Hive looking to work hard and make some extra money. I've heard many stories of people finding a small source of income where they originally had none. Indeed this account itself was started specifically to show people **HOW** to start with nothing and make a small but noticeable amount of money.

But there is something I think many people miss about Hive. Every withdrawl weakens it. Now I wanted to find a good analogy but the best I could come up with is this: One mosquito biting an elephant would cause it not the slightest discomfort. One hundred million mosquito bites will kill it.

Every person who withdraws value from Hive weakens it even if just a tiny bit. Every deposit into it builds it up even if just a tiny bit. Every transaction within the ecosystem give it utility and value.
