Going to change my Multivitamin.
At the moment I'm taking a multivitamin that is from a well known company, but after looking at what it's made off and researching a little I've realized I'm just wasting money because most of the things present in it are not absorbed.
Example, Magnesium oxide, it's not absorbed, it's actually used as a laxative!
Magnesium bisglycinate is the better version, same for zync, copper and iron, they all should be bisglycinate to actually be well absorbed.
Also vit b6, b12, d, coq10 normally have the wrong dosages to actually matter.
Supplements need be well chosen for good results and to not waste money. Sometimes it's better to spend more and take less times, then spend less and take them every day.
If you think you eat enough vegetables to get all of these, you are wrong. Most of our agriculture is not supplemented by Magnesium, so our vegetables don't have any. Low Magnesium intake can even lead to arrhythmia.
