Decided to stop riding my bike outdoor.
My bike handling skills are not the best and I fell on the road.
Currently don't have skin on one of my hands and knee can't even workout in the gym because I can't hold a bar.

You should practice the bike skills... or hold a beer instead of bar 🍻
Ouch, that sounds rough – setbacks like that test your grit. Use this downtime to build mental toughness: visualize rides, plan safer routes, or crush bodyweight workouts that don't need grips. You'll bounce back stronger
Once upon a time I was a good rider. It's been quite a while.
Riding now would likely put me in the bed or hospital!
