If they wanted to reduce emissions then they would of stopped all the gas power plants.

I don't think they can afford to do that
But anyway, I was talking about commissions. Many of those companies are very abusive with the drivers and take a big cut of rides. We have a similar issue here

Ah ok. I think the chinese government wouldn't mind if they got a bigger cut of the wages.
