El Salvador wants to attract Bitcoin talent and it looks like that some companies are willing to help them with their ambitious plans.
Volcano mining, crypto in space and the widespread use of the Bitcoin Lightning network sound like science fiction. But those efforts are real and “hyperbitcoinization” is a real goal. The El Salvador experiment, Mow said, will serve as a blueprint for the world.

I personally am interested whether or not volcano mining will work out or not. Also will it affect how much energy they need to cool down the computers?

Yes, it will, since they have a warmer climate there they can't rely on the environment as much to do the heat transfer so more energy will be demanded if compared to a colder place, like Norway for example.
I don't know how big the difference really is, though.

Well that is the reason for using geo-thermal energy.
Most of the energy used in mining is the cooling down process. That is what eats up a lot of high power computing. They run so hot that a fortune is spent to cool them.

That's awesome. I want the El Salavador experiment to succeed and I hope it has a long-lasting positive impact on their economy.
It will inspire other countries to follow a similar path.

Of course. If it does, it lifts the lives of 6.5 million people to a much better level. Also, it provides a terrific model for others to follow.

That'd a huge milestone in the Bitcoin's history. ✌️ It was made for this purpose only.

It only makes sense that they are going to try to build things out. They need a lot of infrastructure if they are to make Bitcoin legal tender. The passing of law was the easy part; the building is much harder.

I am very happy to see that the El Salvador government is so progressive. I wish them nothing but great success.
