I try not to schedule stuff, but I do try and reach a certain number of posts each week. It's never set in stone though. If I don't feel like posting or have nothing to post, I try not to force it. Setting a posting goal is helpful though. I've also found that finding some niche weeklies help like #MusicMonday or #BeerSaturday. If you can find a few weekly posting topics, you only have to brainstorm 2 or 3 new topics each week. That can save you a little time and energy too.
