It's monthly but the snapshot is random so it cannot be gamed, not even the team knows when it will get taken

It is on hold since the contract is being rewritten to include threads. I would be that HiveSQL going down also has something to do with pulling the page views.

It was mentioned that it's a monthly thing. I remember Khal saying in one of the previous AMAs that they were working on something so it didn't process the Feb 1st payout.
