Almost no one in my social circle transacts outside of fiat rails, because of the "safety" and convenience.
I think the vast majority of the population will not self-custody their funds until they are faced with either asset confiscation (the Great Taking) or hyperinflation of the currency.

That’s so true. Most people haven’t even started using crypto yet. It’s exciting to be part of it this early.
