Same vibe here, email plus phone OTP just to grab takeout feels like a background check when I just want my samosa, the the creep is real :/ As an accountant I think about data sprawl and breach risk a lot, so I dont share more than needed and just pay at pickup when I can.

In this case I just called and ordered via phone and paid in person.
I wonder if you could call their land line, order take out, and then pay cash when they arrive at your door.
Or would they just tell you to use the app 🤔
