How will we get upvotes for SIRP rewards when the majority move their LEO to Leodex for sLeo staking? Or isn't not about upvotes anymore?

those that keep their Leo here will just have more influence over the SIRP. All function of feeding the SIRP stay the same.
Not all Leo will move over to sleo
