I can't do it with my keystore account because there's no way to do that on inleo and I can't access other Hive frontends with a keystore account.

You can delegate if you have enough. But I think @leo.voter does so.

Yes, leo.voter does, but it's very limited.
you can delegate RC on peakd. You can also delegate HP and that comes with RC as well.
I can only use my keystore account on inleo and there's no way to delegate resource credit here.
