That it is sir. When I find that balance, I am on absolute fire. But if I am even slightly off, I am all over the place and nothing gets done, lol, sometimes that lasts for months, lol. I need to get back on my lion's mane mushroom complex again. That was treating me well, it just gets expensive and I am a cheap ass, lol.
