Yep! Get it if you can. They don't make anymore land, lol. The only people that whine about it are those that weren't smart enough to get some of their own and want to make excuses and blame the rich people, lol. There is so much available land out there it's not even funny. May not be where most people want to live, but it's land. If I can figure out how to make money on the resources to pay back the cost, that's the way to go, then either resell, develop, or use it.
Since I'm new here I didn't want to go full blown on the guy, but if I was old enough I would have said exactly what you are saying.
