They are about to get devistated by a major category 5 hurricane.

Most have no way out. I did the island life and got kicked out by a hurricane in 2017, but I was in the Florida Keys that are connected to land by a road/bridges so I was able to get out, but no way out of Jamaica other than boat or plane.
