If i like the content or I see that it has potential to drive traffic to leofinance, I vote.

I vote for what I've consumed, if it was worth my support. Sure, that could contribute to the content moving up the ranks but I alone can only do what I can do. I also vote comments since that's me consuming and being rewarded for it.
