Writing a journal AKA a personal diary is very therapeutic in my opinion.
I do this on and off and it gives me the opportunity to step back and reflect on life and the challenges I face giving me multiple perspectives about the situation.

indeed it is, I have made my online journal like created a discord server with different channels and I journal various things in that channel - it is easy to organise this way..
