As I write my #LPUD post I look back on my own journey in the inleo community. It all started with leofinance which was the goto community for crypto and finance related posts and information.
It has been a long journey that started on the legacy blockchain where leofinance was born as an idea.
When the fork happened and the hive blockchain emerged the leofinance community took the logical step of choosing the path of decentralized freedom and choice to grow on hive.
It has been a long journey of trying out different growth opportunities and incorporating the things that work into the community ecosystem so that the whole community can benefit and grow both intellectually, in terms of financial knowledge and financially by way of making sane investment decisions. Along the way we have seen a massive rebranding exercise and leofinance became inleo and thus was born a frontend that allowed anyone to post about any topic.
LPUD has been one such amazing initiative that got started what seems like a long time back.
It has been a fun journey for me because it has helped me believe a lot more in making small monthly investments and see the portfolio grow.
Not only that I see the opportunity to grow my stake as a LP (leo power) holder in the community.
The LPUD journey
At one point #LPUD was a way that gave one the ticket to participate and win a LPUD delegation prize.
From the charm of winning a delegation prize to realizing how I as an individual can determine my own pace of financial growth as a leo holder it has been an amazing journey so far.
Each LPUD has been an amazing experience
I have seen that no matter how small your account may be, however, if you decide to grow by way of making a systematic periodic investment no one can stop you.
LPUD is that systematic investment for me
Back in the day you had to power up at least 150 LEO tokens to be eligible for the LPUD prize.
Now you can power up with 50 or 150+ leo tokens and that qualifies you for two sets of prizes.
The current LPUD is different
When I look at the financial growth opportunities on the inleo platform LPUD is indeed one of the opportunities to participate and grow.
In addition to that we have leodex.io our very own decentralized exchange or DEX that lets users swap their Hive, SPS, DEC directly from the hive side of the blockchain to any token or coin that is listed on the Maya Protocol.
We as Leo token holders are stakeholders in the community and can benefit from the growth of the platform and Leodex.
An interesting opportunity to grow and support the platform is by way of providing liquidity to the LEO- cacap pool on Leodex.
Some time back when Leodex beta got launched the APR was hovering over 900% which is quite insane.
The APR of the pool is dynamic and it is still early days for the pool and a good state to add leo and cacao to the pool.
As more users add liquidity the pool gets deeper and slippage gets reduced.
The users who provide liquidity would earn the fee earned from the pool. Indeed this is a good opportunity.
Final thoughts
