It can be played by anybody, but since it's still in beta, there is a rare possibility that you may encounter bugs that need fixing.
In case you do, just head over to the WOO Discord page and let us know there. Drop your questions and WOOGame problems, and the devs would be happy to respond to you.
Like I have also been saying, at the moment, rewards are not yet live in the game. This is for the obvious reason that all other bugs need to be fixed.
