Maybe I'm wrong but the sends can be followed in Listnerds too, so not really sure what you mean with that comment.
It's possible you mean email marketing outside of the Listnerds platform, which I never used..

Great Question! There are no bounces and undeliverables because we use an in-house mailing system!
