This list is pretty solid especially in regards to the Coins listed(ada, luna ,eth, sol, hive)!
However it's a bit misleading to list Tokens (cake, cub) on this list. It may serve the community/readers well to indicate that they are not layer 1 projects and would synergize from vertical integration instead.
A couple substitutions/additions might be:
Fantom (FTM)- It can be staked natively on Opera Blockchain. This can be done by connecting Metamask to Fantom's PWA Wallet (webapp). Additionally there are some juicy defi yield farming opportunities amounst the various protocols.

Cosmos(Atom)- Dubbed the internet of blockchains. With an ever-growing ecosystem evolving the cosmos hub may come to serve as the ultimate interchain solution. It currently boasts integrations with Terra-Luna, Solana, Binance Smart Chain and Polygon(matic) to name a few.

Hello @toar, I totally get your point. I Will do an edit to let everyone know that CAKE and CUB are not native coins of any blockchains. They are rather tokens built on BSC and can be called as DeFi tokens. All DeFi related risks apply to them so anyone who's interested should proceed with caution. Also, DeFi is much more than just staking.
Thanks a lot for your wonderful suggestions. I should have added ATOM too but personally, I haven't really tried it that much. But I know it's a great staking coin.
