Anything graphical requires a massive template that links artists to the NFTs they produce (the sprites or 3D modeling) and pays them for their work. It can't be done in a centralized way or the lead developer just premines it into the dirt.
And then there is the issue of botting and cheating...
which everyone already does even when there is no financial incentive.
Without a centralized server to mitigate it and a financial incentive to game it the economy is instantly ruined.
