Oh man, that’s a lot on your plate. Big projects are exciting, but changing routines is always a bit of a headache. And mentoring also can be fulfilling for some but for me personally it's like parenting but with deadlines
hahah yea its tough! Hopefully things will be a little chaotic once the onboarding phase is done.
I heard the guy I'm mentoring shows promise so maybe it will be an easy one! fingers crossed!!
