For me, both are fine, in the sense that when there is bear market, that is the opportunity for me to invest and buy more and keep, then wait patiently till bull run and make some profit.
Though, it is not easy as i have said. The waiting time can be tiring which i know i won't be the only one with the experience particularly when i see a small surge in the price of any coin i'm holding. The anxiety of whether to sell now or later always set in.
