You can literally just add a category when you publish your content. There are probably hundreds of different categories, so there is a good chance that you can find a couple of categories to use. In case you want your own, just simply add whatever category you want when you publish your content.

Yeah.. Otherwise, you can just look at the different communities or create your own.

I always wondered where the different tags came from. Thinking there was a "tag office" back in the old Steemit days where they were approved. At times I'd wonder as there didn't always seem to be one that was specific enough to fit what I was writing. Good to know that I can roll my own. Thanks.

Nope, no "tag office". Just use whatever tag you want and it will work. :)
