It's obviously a scam but for a second I thought it might actually be legit... Why? Reputation! We need to be downvoting that account left and right to get that reputation down. Thanks again for the heads up, I will be voting for Leo witness.

Most probably that account got hacked because it's very old and had a decent reputation. Lots of folks will download his comments. Hopefully @hivewatchers is watching this!
