I don't care about them my friend, it's been more than 6 years playing with crypto for me and I can tell you I am convinced that BTC is king for what concerns decentralization, adoption and distribution.
ETH was a good pioneer as a smart-contract protocol but I foresee also that something similar can be deployed on BTC with the time since Taproot and different upgrades to come will allow that on BTC as well

No doubt BTC king and I don't see that changing. There's always room for growth and expansion within crypto, we are still at trial and error stages I definitely won't be surprised if someone how BTC can offer smart contract capabilities.
