My biggest concern would be when audit time comes around. A CPA who can make heads or tails of crypto things could be costly. Not necessarily for the taxes, mind you. Just for certifying that the books are accurate. I don't think QuickBooks has crypto management.

I think the biggest thing would be to not pay anybody directly using crypto. How do yo prove that the address isn't your own? The potential for abuse needs some serious thinking about how to manage the financials. In many ways, doing this with fiat would be so much simpler.
