As an active user of @actifit I tend to use this service (graphene-swap) from time to time. Those of you who use the #Actifit dApp, know that it posts your activity reports on both chains: #HIVE & #STEEM. Also having the option to choose an active chain for their website operations.
That's the overall reason I still earn some SteemPower and SteemDollars.
So, to exchange my STEEM/ SBD to HIVE/ HBD i do the following:
As you notice, when you send your tokens to @graphene-swap with a memo, where you need to describe what token you want to swap and to whom it needs to be sent.
CONFIRM!
After a couple of minutes you'll have your tokens on #hive-engine
You can check out graphene's wallet to see what people exchange too :)

I'm not sure if there're other options, for example to #swap #SBD for Swap.HIVE for example. Maybe some of you tried it and probably I'm going to try it sometime with a small amount again.
Or maybe there're even more options to use @graphene-swap's service, like exchanging STEEM or SBD directly to #tribe tokens.
