Solairitas is a small, year old or so project that I discovered a few days ago and seems quite interesting. So I figured to throw 200 hive, which was more than enough to secure me a good spot in the rich list and see what happens!
So, what is it? Well the end game is to:
create a solar/wind coop that distributes the proceeds of energy production to token holders in proportion to their holdings.
And eventually, the earnings from selling the electricity will be used to buy hive and share it with the token holders. Or something like that LOL.
Now, I don't know how close to the goal the team actually is. But I know that as long as you hold some tokens you get votes on your posts by the @solairitas and @solairibot accounts. The bigger your stake the bigger the votes! So I guess if you post often enough, the votes themselves will eventually pay out your initial investment.

This project is somewhat dead in its core, but for the upvotes. I don't think it will succeed in its main objective. No reports posted.
I was trying to get LBI to buy few tokens, but only resorted to me buying and throwing them a few SOL tokens.
I also presented few tokens in a #polish contest.
@solairitas has some Leo staked, so it will be even more fruitious for you to keep the tokens.

However this actually looks like a pretty damn cool project. Going to save up some hive and dump it into a few of these so hopefully the project can start getting kicked off soon. Like the idea of using renewable power to buy more hive and divi it up.

I had seen it on the https://giftgiver.site/ web but I have not delved into it.
Of the renewable energy projects, more than the return, I am concerned about where it is located, what technology it uses and if it has all the permits.
There are many projects that are nothing or even worse that are more polluting than conventional technologies if you analyze the entire life cycle.
