Looks very decisive. How did Maduro manage to twist the outcome?
Because the CNE which is the institution that is supposed to be neutral and supposed to show all of this, is managed by them. They said they were hacked and couldn't show the acts in their website (no evidence of hacking but there is evidence of them simply taking it down)
They also didn't give a result with all the acts, they said they had just part of them.
They they said they didn't have them but then said they had 100% of them.
Then called the TSJ ("supreme terminal of justice") and said they were going to destroy the declarations of the opposition and present the acts, they said again they didn't have them...
These you see here were scanned thanks to the efforts of the witnesses, of the people.
