Feedback and complaint are two different things. Maybe in English you are used to "complaint" in costumer service, but here what is needed is feedback. Complaints and negativity don't solve anything. This is not web 2

i think it's more a language thing. agreed, either way. negativity won't get you shit.

  • I think I perfectly agree with you on this. The right way to go about problem encountered here is by giving a #feedback. This will help the people in charge sort out the errors faster rather than dwelling in complaints
