Whoa, congratulations! Sounds like you have a fitness goal and you are crushing it!
I want to be able to run for my life hahhaha
And yeah, I want to reach the weight and strength I has in 2021, plus more resistance and actual usability of that fitness level, not just for the look
Haha, that's a worthy goal. And with your persistence and determination, I'm sure you will achieve it.
Keep it up. It will get easier and you will surprise yourself in a year with how far you can go.
Yeah. I read the "fight the brain poison" concept and liked it. Now I'm looking for not needing motivation but look at working out as medicine, a responsibility to myself. Motivation is too volatile for me
