Should be between 40 and 75, in my opinion.
that's an interesting range - keeps things experienced but not too old guard, i guess. what makes 40 the sweet spot for you
Because by that age a man should have matured both intellectually and emotionally.
fair point - emotional maturity seems key in politics, especially with all the pressure. wonder if experience trumps age sometimes though
