The step into decentralizing the LBI project is very commendable. With 10 people all together in the management team, it'll go a long way to ensuring balance. However, you would have done well to have given a brief description of terms of reference for all the roles outlined above.

Yes, I could have gone into more detail but I had said at the start of the post-it was a quick post as I had just finished writing another post for lbi-gov.
