Gemini can now be used by default on cell phones. It used to work, but could not do Google Assistant tasks.
I tested sending messages with Gemini to a WhatsApp contact by voice only and it worked perfectly. Of course, it still does not let you send messages to a specific group, so you have to say hello by hand.
That's a solid upgrade! Voice-only commands with Gemini for WhatsApp messaging, pretty slick.
Yes, it makes everything so much easier when you're in a pinch. It would have helped me that time I got caught in a storm in the middle of the avenue and I had to send a message that I was going to be a while hahaha.
